Originally entering the UK Charts 20 years ago this year, Steps proved themselves timeless as they took to the stage to perform classic dance floor fillers such as “Deeper Shade of Blue,” and “5, 6, 7, 8” to a sold out Bournemouth International Centre.

Fans of all ages littered the room with flashing Devil Horns and glow sticks, and there was an overwhelming sense of excitement as Claire, H, Lee, Lisa and Faye arrived.
With no less than five outfit changes, Steps wowed the crowd with glittering playsuits, glamorous cowboy get ups and spectacular wedding attire.
Everyone has their favourite member of course, but there was no hiding Claire was a top pick for the majority of the crowd. And it’s hard to disagree! She effortlessly took the lead on most tracks and her flawless vocals threw us right back to the 90’s when we first fell in love with Steps.
“We’ve had the most incredible year,” Faye thanked the crowd, and that they have! A triumphant comeback, a fantastic show, and it can’t go without mentioning the Vengaboys as support, who well and truly got the party started!
Let’s hope this isn’t the last we hear from them…
