Recommended: Poole Harbour Festival

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: Poole Harbour Festival is a summer highlight in Dorset. It’s an event that simply has it all – food, music, fun, family frolics – that’s well organised, easily accessible both by car and public transport and affordable.

Family tickets are priced just £30 for two adults and two children; while individual family day tickets are also on sale at £15.

“Unlike the big festivals, which are a lot of money especially when families are on a budget, we’re offering brilliant value and something for everyone,” says Poole Harbour Festival organiser Ben Dyas.

“What’s the point of spending £500 on a family ticket for a major festival when you can have just as much fun, if not more, by the side of beautiful Poole Harbour at a fraction of the cost?”

Buy your tickets now here to save money on the on-the-gate prices.

The three-day festival at Harbourside Park in Poole features top tribute acts as well as the best local bands. Also on the menu is a mouth-watering array of artisan-produced international street foods with 40 stalls offering the best in world foods, as well as local produce and crafts. It’s always nice to support Dorset firms – now is the ideal time!

“We wanted to do something the whole family can enjoy together, that doesn’t finish too late but gives everyone a great day and a fun-packed night out,” adds Ben.
