Photos: Mural to transform underpass

The underpass at Bournemouth Central Gardens is being transformed with the help of Paintshop Studio.

Rick Walker, Upside Project Curator and Co-founder of Paintshop Studio said: “We are very proud of this project and to be working with such an incredible line up of artists, from all across the country, helping to transform this space into something truly amazing. The artists have been chosen to showcase the talent and diverse range of styles found in the graffiti and street art movements and to present the art form in a positive light. This project has been created with a genuine love for the area and passion to create something for the whole community to enjoy.”

Sandra Ramos, Upside Project Manager and Paintshop Studio Co-founder adds: “This project would not be possible without the belief, passions, skills and generosity of all our project partners: Arts Council England, Greenwood Campbell, Live Work Visit, Tonic Social, Sunny Bird PR and Me & You Studio.  We would like to extend a special thanks to BCP Council who have given us the permission and freedom to transform this site into something special.”
