Photos: Joey Negro at Canvas

Ibiza disco DJ legend Joey Negro was the latest super-signing for Canvas on Poole Hill – and it’s no surprise he rocked the place last weekend.

These amazing photos by Alex Dixon (no relation – unfortunately) give just a taste of what was a flavoursome night of dance classics, remixed with love.

Among the best-known cuts – Pull Up To The Bumper, Keep The Fire Burning and Brothers Gonna Work It Out – the veteran producer used all his 30-ish years experience to keep the dancefloor full start to finish. Fresh from Ibiza, he brought a bit of sunshine to our lives. Come back soon, Joey!
