New student accommodation in Bournemouth

These photos are from Collegiate, the international student accommodation brand and one of Europe’s leading providers of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA).

They are from a brand new development in Bournemouth, St Peter’s Hall, for the first full student year in September, 2019.

It has been designed specifically with the physical and mental welfare of students in mind in an effort to provide residents with a positive student experience.

In 2016, over 15,000 first-year students in UK universities reported that they suffered due to mental health issues, compared to approximately just 3,000 reporting the issue in 2006. A report from Shelter, the housing charity, also highlights how a positive and carefully designed living space can benefit mental and physical health.

Each of the rooms in St Peter’s Hall has been specially designed to offer space, light, security and comfort. The communal spaces have been designed with a similar mentality in mind, offering students safe and comfortable spaces to study, play, relax and spend time with friends.

Headquartered in Oxford, with a major European office in the heart of Madrid where it has an in-house team including architects supporting European design, specification, procurement and construction, Collegiate AC has a reputation for delivering state-of-the-art residences, using efficient construction methods to achieve investor objectives.
