When is the Coca-Cola Christmas truck coming to Bournemouth?

Christmas jumpers at the ready – the Coca-Cola team have officially announced that the Coca-Cola Christmas Truck will be visiting Bournemouth next Wednesday, December 16. As excitement builds in the run up to Christmas, we can reveal that the truck will arrive at midday, stationing itself on The Waterfront, Pier Approach until 8pm.

Bobby Brittain, Marketing Director, Coca-Cola Great Britain said: “We’re delighted to be visiting Bournemouth this year as part of the Coca-Cola Christmas truck tour. By running a competition for a member of the public to win a personal visit from the Coca-Cola Christmas truck and making a further 46 stops across the UK, we’re looking forward to being able to give a little happiness to as many people across the country as possible.”

During the visit, the people of Bournemouth will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with the famous vehicle and take pictures with the truck as it lights up in a winter wonderland setting, whilst listening to a live choir singing favourite festive hits.

Not based in Bournemouth? The truck is also visiting 46 destinations up and down the country in the run up to Christmas. You can see the full schedule here.

It’s the 20th year that the iconic ‘Holidays Are Coming TV’ advert will be played in the run up to Christmas alongside the ‘Give a Little Happiness’ TV advert in December, encouraging people to spread festive cheer throughout the holiday season.

Ever since the Coca-Cola Christmas truck first appeared on screens in November 1995, it has become a regular feature of festive TV schedules in more than 100 different countries. It is universally recognised as a personal countdown to Christmas.
