The first recording you can listen to anytime you want with a count out from 1-10 to listen to before that ‘Wine O’Clock’ or that ‘Beer Bell’ ringing time. If you have the time and the space, pop the recording on and get your mind into a good place about Alcohol Free Days at some point in your day before that trigger time. It will help you stay on track with your goal of deciding to be alcohol free for the day. The recording is 24 minutes long so easy to fit in during the day.
The second recording is to help those who have tricky sleep moments when having an Alcohol Free Day. You know that your busy brain can inhibit the pleasure of having a sober sleep. The recording is 50 minutes long, which is brilliant for when you want to listen to the recording before bed, or if you wake in the middle of the night. There is no count out on this recording to encourage a deeper and much more relaxing sleep.
The brilliant news is I’ve made this second recording with Brain Wave entrainment music that deepens the depth of hypnosis and encourages sleep too. You’ll hear a slight hum through the recording for a very good reason.
