Deal of the day: Jazz Juice early bird tickets £5
It’s been 26 years since the Jazz Juice team brought their unique brand of rump-shaking, booty-twerking, hip-swivveling awesome-ness to Bournemouth’s shores. And what better way to send goodbye to summer than with their epic August Bank Holiday Sunday funk and soul extravaganza at Canvas.
As we’ve all just got paid, we recommend snapping up an early bird ticket NOW for just £5 at buytickets.at/jazzjuice.
Jazz Juice been a part of the August bank holidays since I was a student (well, a long time – 26 years in fact) and the heady mix of butt-slapping tunes and vintage threads is still a roaring success. It’s packed up several venues but seems to have found its spiritual home at Canvas on Poole Hill, adding a touch of nostalgic charm to Bournemouth’s Soho sector.
The organisers recommend the Vintage Emporium in Pokesdown for your disco finery. A great way to round off the busiest summer month.
