1DSC_9179Arbor restaurant, at the Green House Hotel, is one of our favourite locations for special occasions. Chef Andy Hilton (pictured) constantly surprises and delights by his imaginative use of local produce, all sourced within 50 miles of the location to enhance the hotel’s award-winning green credentials.

Now foodie fantastic can get a real treat by booking in for monthly tasting events. There’s even a special menu for vegans.

On the first Thursday of every month Andy will create a truly original five-course tasting menu with the best of what the season has to offer. This is ideal for anyone that can never decide what to order, who want to experiment but don’t want to miss out on their favourite dish too!

The next one takes place April 6 and is bound to sell out – so check out the menu below and book in today. Perfect for date nights, birthdays, even proposals – Arbor has seen it all.

 

The Tasting menu is £32 per person with your choice of a wine flight of three wines to match for an additional £12 per person; five wines to match for an additional £20 per person.
