Nominations open for this year’s Dorset & Hampshire HR Awards

acas2bwlogo2It has been a fantastic year in business and now it’s time to celebrate and reward those HR stars who form the backbone of the best Dorset and Hampshire firms.

Bond Williams Professional Recruitment is delighted to announce that they will be working with ACAS to judge this year’s Dorset & Hampshire HR Awards, which recognise true excellence in the field of human resources.

Director Claire Bond said: “We truly believe HR staff in our region don’t get their time to shine – and, more importantly, companies rarely get the chance to show off those stars who work so hard recruiting, managing and retaining the right team to move their companies forward.”

Is there an individual in your organisation who comes to mind immediately? We bet there is! There is also the opportunity to recognise and reward the entire department. Votes are anonymous and you can nominate yourself or your team.

There are two award categories, the winner of the HR Professional Award will win either a choice of a spa day at the Chewton Glen or a supercar driving day. The winners of the HR Team of the Year Award will receive not only an award for the team but a day of onsite training at their company by ACAS for a topic of their choice from a wide selection of the ACAS training menu.
