Recipe: Strawberry and White Chocolate Oaty Bites

Strawberry and White Chocolate Oaty Bites


125g butter

100g brown sugar

4tbsp honey

250g oats

200g white chocolate

Homemade Jam:

220g Aldi strawberries

40g honey


Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Place the strawberries and honey into a pan and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

In another pan melt the butter. Once melted, mix in the sugar, honey and oats.

Place half of the oat mixture into a tray.

Pour over half of the jam.

Cover with the remaining oats.

Cook for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

Melt the chocolate. Pour over the oats (still in the tray) and smooth over.

Add dollops of the jam mixture on top.

Cool in the fridge before cutting.
