Bournemouth landlord exhibition this Thursday

The Bournemouth Landlord Exhibition returns to The Village Hotel this Thursday, November 6. The event has been running since in 2008 with the aim of helping landlords across the surrounding area. It’s free to attend and sponsored by Dorset property agents, Saxe Coburg, who specialise in high end rental properties both in our area and internationally.

The decision was made to rebrand to ‘Exhibition’ rather than ‘Conference’ to reflect its practical nature. It’s organised by Bournemouth Borough Council in association with Seventa Events & Hospitality, with a seminar programme to offer landlords advice on current affairs, housing legislation and practical advice on the day to day trials and tribulations of renting property.

Bournemouth’s private rented sector is significantly larger than the national average. This year the event has a particular focus on “Unlocking the Potential” and will provide attendees with the tools they need to unlock the potential of the private rented sector in Bournemouth.

CEO of Saxe Coburg, Maximillian Z De Kment, said: “Saxe Coburg are thrilled to be headline sponsors. The event promises to be a really invaluable resource not only for Landlord’s but those who provide any sort of letting or landlord service.”

Both established and prospective landlords can register on the Bournemouth Landlord Exhibitions Official Website to attend the event for free: bournemouthlandlordexhibition.co.uk
